What are some interesting health careers? - health careers

I have to do a research report in a medical profession and I would do something interesting, but not so predictable. I want something that most people have not been included or choose planned.

The race I would also look at the psychology which is rather predictable.

A hypnotist would be a medical career? Or an investigator of the crime scene? Something around those lines?
